We’re looking for an experienced electrical engineer who wants to play a key role in designing high-end biometric devices used worldwide (fingerprint, facial, and iris recognition). You’ll take the lead from initial concept, through prototyping, all the way to production. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing), mentoring junior colleagues, and speaking directly with customers on technical matters. If you enjoy technical challenges, like to work on real-life products, and want to be part of a stable international company (without unnecessary corporate layers), this role is for you.
Lead electronic design from concept to mass production Do schematics, PCB design, analysis, or lead others to do so Own bring-up, debugging, testing, and design improvement phases Present results internally and talk tech with clients Mentor peers, run trainings, and shape best practices Help set strategic direction for future products
