Sales Manager Eastern Europe (m/f/d)

Following an in-depth training program on our products, applications, and technologies, you will spearhead our sales initiatives in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary. Key responsibilities include:

• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Expanding market share by identifying and engaging new customers.
• Offering expert consultation on product applications.
• Collaborating with internal teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.

• Experience in sales within the plastics or construction materials industry, or a solid technical background with a desire to transition into sales.
• Fluency in English and Czech or Polish or Slovakian language.
• A keen interest in application technology and technical curiosity.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building long-lasting customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel throughout the designated region.
