Delivering technical support and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technical products. Recording end user problems within the ITSM tool. Following predefined procedures and maintaining knowledge resources. Overseeing and monitoring the progress of ticket resolution to manage backlog effectively. Actively engaging in ongoing service enhancement, which includes creating knowledge scripts and updating training materials. Collaborating closely with on-site IT technicians for swift and efficient technical issue resolution.

Proficiency in German and English for daily communication; knowledge of other languages is a plus Advanced expertise in MS Office applications Strong analytical abilities, particularly in troubleshooting Effective communication skills Keen attention to detail and adept at multitasking Team player
