The Program Manager will support the operational process and delivery of managed service solutions to a specific client and will be responsible for supporting the Team to deliver a service-driven culture, ensuring SLA's and key objectives are met. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the day to day framework and compliance of the recruitment of the contractual worker, policies, procedures and best practices are adhered to ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction and ensure that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported, fostering innovation to challenge the norm. Key Responsibilities manages a team including performance, development, training, setting and reviewing team objectives, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and skills transfer amongst the team develops strong internal relationships with the team to ensures productive and long-term relationships and exceptional standards of service delivery and pro-active resourcing planning with the onsite teams interfaces with key stakeholders (both internal and external) and facilitate communication channels between recruiting managers and the delivery team. · Develops strong client relationships with all levels of management achieves and meets service levels as agreed with the client through the timely delivery and placement of contingent staff and/or Statement of Work management of delivery through the most effective sourcing strategy and classification without compromising on quality developing and maintaining all reporting and management tools/ reports for internal and external use supporting the Talent Solution Director and MSP Leaders in the strategic vision and development of the programme and in managing the strategic relationships with all partners including technology providers, recruitment suppliers, consultancies and vendors ensuring compliance internally and externally at all stages of the recruitment proces

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, flexible and proactive person to join our team. This is a position that requires someone who possesses the following attributes: Min. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in business or related field strong people management skills ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem-solve while maintaining flexibility must be able to liaise at a high level and be positive, decisive, driven and forward thinking ability to manage in changing environments and work in virtual teams able to influence at the highest level – internally and externally good Project Management and organizational skills ability to analyse data and prepare feedback to present fluent English (written and spoken), additional languages will be considered as an advantage understanding of recruiting SLA’s and KPIs and experience in driving a team very good knowledge of MS Office package (Microsoft Office experience required) established career within a Managed Service Programme, Staffing Industry, internal HR managed Service Provider would be an advantage experience using recruiting tools i.e. ATS and VMS would be an advantage
