Budete zodpovědný za nasazení nových zákazníků nebo nových zákaznických řešení v multitenantské síťové infrastruktuře. V úzké spolupráci s interními a externími zainteresovanými stranami budete zodpovědní za specifikaci a rozdělení požadavků na zákaznická řešení na nasaditelné pracovní balíčky pro vás a vaše kolegy v týmu pro nasazení sítě. Dalším zaměřením vaší role bude spolupráce s projektovými manažery a technickým síťovým architektem, abyste zajistili, že nasazená řešení budou kompatibilní se stávajícím systémem.
The content of this job is to:

" Have responsibility for network implementation, operations, and consultancy tasks on a subset of IT Relation's customers. These customers can be located on a wide range of technologies, including, but not limited to, Cisco Classic, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ACI, FortiNet, Unifi etc.
" Assist the Technical Team Lead with technical prevalidation of Incidents / Service Requests as well as other tasks required within the Network team.

The responsibilities of this job are to:

" Design, plan, and implement local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network infrastructure components. This includes selecting and configuring network equipment, establishing connectivity, and optimizing network performance. Cases can originate from both customer projects and service requests.
" Identify and resolve network issues and ensure maximum network uptime. Perform root cause analysis of network problems and implement corrective actions promptly. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to solve issues in the customer networks.
" Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure documentation reflects any changes or updates made to the network infrastructure.
" Analyze network traffic patterns, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network performance on assigned customers. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements to improve network efficiency, capacity, and reliability.
" Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats. This includes firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention, access controls, and network segmentation.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and IT support, to address network-related requirements and resolve issues. Communicate network status, upgrades, and outages effectively to stakeholders.
The minimum required skills (education and experience) are:

" Strong knowledge of LANs, WANs, routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Proficiency in designing and implementing network architectures and topologies.
" Experience in implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls. Familiarity with security best practices and industry standards.
" Expertise in network troubleshooting methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to analyze network traffic captures and perform root cause analysis of network issues.
" Familiarity with a wide range of network equipment, such as routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless controllers. Experience with network management software and configuration tools.
" Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Fluent English, both spoken and written.
