Financial Accountant

•    EE is responsible for the general accounting of the company.
•    EE performs professional accounting and control work in accordance with legislative and internal rules.
•    EE establishes effective accounting procedures.
•    EE processes accounting documents, verifies their completeness and correctness.
•    IEE provides legislative support and communicates with the GBS team.
•    Processes payments and payment documents, performs banking operations.
•    EE issues accounting documents in the field of his competence.
•    Keeps records of assets (DHM, DNM), performs checks between accounting and physical records of assets, cooperates with GBS within the asset agenda.
•    Responsible for the cash register, performs cashier operations.
•    Performs payroll accounting based on documents from the payroll department.
•    EE provides statistical overviews of the company.
•    EE carries out billing in the area of travel expenses, meal vouchers.
•    Archives accounting documents.
•    EE will co-answer the agenda of tax issues (VAT).
•    EE organizes an inventory of property values, physical and documentary inventories.
•    EE provides supporting documents for annual reports and notes to the financial statements.
•    Reports the company's financial results.
•    Prepares documents, communicates with auditors, tax specialists and the Tax Office.
•    EE participates in the preparation of the company's business plan.
•    EE prepares and reviews the company's financial statements, monitors the differences between IFRS and statutory statements.
•    EE handles the agenda of VAT, income tax, road tax and real estate tax.
•    EE ensures consistency between applicable legislation and internal regulations in the field of taxes and property.
•    EE cooperates with the GBS team in the area of property, invoice  issuance and analysisof receivables.

•    Secondary school / university of economics
•    2 years experience
•    English (A2 verbal, B1 written)
•    knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and tax legislation, PC operation, knowledge of SAP
