Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming phone calls and emails. Be the Liaison: Connect customers with our internal teams to ensure excellent service. Manage customer request lifecycle: Handle everything from returns to complaints efficiently. Maintain Customer Platforms: Deliver and maintain data, initiate data analysis. Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships and trust with both internal and external partners. Stay Updated: Keep your product and service knowledge up-to-date to effectively guide clients and resolve issues.

Education: Secondary education or a college degree, or equivalent experience. Experience: At least two years of relevant experience. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy. Organizational Skills: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and stay organized. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Dutch.
