Support sales teams with quoting, booking, and account data management in Salesforce. Troubleshoot system issues and guide users to resolve errors. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Partner Ops, Order Management). Cleanse, enrich, and correct customer account data. Ensure compliance with booking and revenue recognition standards. Communicate with U.S. teams, especially during quarter/year-end periods.

1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. Background in Sales Operations, ideally in software or SaaS environments. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience. Flexibility during critical periods (month/quarter/year-end).
