The Manager, Regional Recruitment Centre has ultimate responsibility for ensuring the operational alignment and overall success of the EMEA Regional Recruiting Centre with resources based in Czech Republic and Poland. Your role will encompass managing a team of regional recruiters servicing aportfolio of regional and global MSP customers. The role will also include project implementation, process governance, capacity planning, efficiencies and productivity enhancements. Additional responsibilities will also include cost and financial management, providing advisory, operational and billing support across the EMEA region for selected MSP Programs. Heading a multi-disciplinary team (Team Leaders, Programme Recruiters, Technical Consultants and Support Staff located in Prague and also in Poland) you will support, coach and lead, whilst ensuring on-going business continuity, key stakeholder engagement and leveraging relationships to maximise growth, across your region.
Service Delivery: Full accountability for ensuring an efficient, cohesive Service Delivery across the region. Demonstrable productivity gains realised from data driven changes. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and Customers, using data to drive changes in behaviour, business continuity and growth. Drive to bridge process and knowledge gaps with the perceived differences between contract, temp, and gig-economy, MSP, MV, NV and spot transaction business. Ownership of regional recruitment project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Accountable for exceptional delivery and engagement with both Internal and External Clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring a first-class Client experience is driven throughout the EMEA Recruiting Centre. Working with the Account Teams to forecast, plan and review capacity and strategy requirements. Build internal stakeholder relationships to enable pro-active fulfilment. Provide guidance and recommendations as to the most relevant sourcing strategy through data capture and monitoring. Regular (and ad hoc) reporting, management of KPI’s, lead tracking and management, market trend analysis. People Management: Management, coaching, recruitment, training and on-going development of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team located in 2 regions (Czech Republic and Poland). Define and implement career plans to ensure continuously high-performance. Strategic planning and internal talent management to ensure timely recruitment.
