Configuration manager

• Maintain process documentation and communicate it effectively within IT organization.
• Act as Process Subject Matter Expert, help to execute processes in your responsibility.
• Drive process improvement and adapt them to the new needs and requirements of the company.
• Monitor the process execution regularly and induce corrective measures when necessary.
• Educate users in IT departments around the globe on the agreed processes and prepare needed education materials.
• Cooperate with team maintaining supporting tools – ticketing tool, CMDB, etc. Provide requirements and help to implement key process aspects into tools.
• Collect feedback from users and make sure processes are understandable and fit for IT organization.
• Create trend analysis, analyze data and interpret results on regular basis. Conduct regular process review for Senior IT Management
• By synchronized with other Process Manager, create and use common documentation templates, communication methods and ensure processes are aligned.
  

Secondary or university education.

• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Experience with configuration and/or change management.
• Good understanding of the ITILv3 or v4.
• Practical experience of continuous improvement methods, tools and techniques.
• Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles, tools and processes.
• Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques.
• Broad technical skills in all aspects of IT.
