Administration and Customer Care with German, 35 - 45 000 CZK

Your main responsibilities will be:
- support to customers and internal employees by answering their queries
- troubleshooting, solving of logistic issues and taking orders
- building strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
- preparation of correspondence and fulfilment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- work in SAP system
- ad hoc tasks
Salary: 35 - 50 000 CZK/month
Working time: 20-40 hours/week
- Min. secondary degree
- Advanced knowledge of English and German
- Very good communication skills
- Experience from customer service or administration area
