Náplň práce

Do you speak GERMAN? Are you experienced in customer service?
Then you could be a suitable candidate for a great international company!
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • support to customers and internal employees by answering their queries
  • troubleshooting, solving of logistic issues and taking orders
  • building strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
  • preparation of correspondence and fulfilment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • work in SAP system
  • ad hoc tasks

Salary: 35 - 50 000 CZK/month
Working time: 20-40 hours/week


  • Min. secondary degree
  • Advanced knowledge of English and German
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience from customer service or administration area
