We are looking for candidates who speak English and French and have experience from administration.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- communication with supplier to make sure about delivering services and goods
- participation during negotiations on prices and conditions
- interaction with external suppliers and internal business clients
- working in SAP system
- maintaining database, creating regular reports
- administrative support
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Working hours: 40 hours/week
- University degree is advantage
- Fluent English and French
- Previous working experience in administration
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn
*experience from international company
* holidays 5 weksper calendar year
*above standard sickness compensation
*daily using foreign languages
