Support engineer business intelligence

Náplň práce

  • Monitor and correct regular data uploads BI systems SAP BW and BW/4HANA.
  • Incident and service handling plus proactive support for internal BI end users.
  • Transfer new BW reporting applications from project to operation.
  • Implementation of changes based on customer requirements; set-up and further develop implemented ETL processes.


Požadujeme

  • Secondary or university education.
  • Communicative level of English
  • Experience with SAP BW.
  • Experience in support of ETL processes, process chain setup & monitoring of data loads.
  • Knowledge of ABAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of any of SAP ERP Modules is a plus.
  • Strong intercultural competence, high sense of responsibility.
  • High service orientation and proactivity.
