Náplň práce
- Ensure all incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk.
- Minimise the impact of incidents by resolving first time when possible.
- Involve appropriate IT resources in incidents and requests.
- Ensure all major incidents and changes that affect multiple users.
- Communicated to the business in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer awareness.
- Escalate incidents and / or requests to the Service Desk Team Leader.
Požadujeme
- Secondary/University education.
- Fluent knowledge of German language.
- Communication level of English language.
- Customer focused and service orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required; able to work well in the overall team
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office
- Overview of Active Directory, desktop and laptop hardware, software deployment technologies, McAfee antivirus is advantage.
- Understanding of how IT infrastructure components support the business.
