Support Specialist with French & English

You will provide expert technical guidance for the company’s products and cloud technologies to SME customers via phone, email, and/or remote access.
Working collaboratively, you will analyze and develop solutions for customer issues ensuring
Detailing cases and resolutions clearly in the CRM system
Taking ownership of hot and more critical cases when required
Some background in providing technical customer support
Ability to understand technical issues and apply technical concepts
2+ years of work experience with Windows Server/Desktop and networking/WEB protocols (TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS)
Proficient (Native) French languages is MUST
Fluent English language is MUST
