Shopper marketing manager


BILLA ČR is part of REWE group, a food retailer with more than 30 year of history on Czech market. Our 250 supermarket provide our customers with wide range of high quality goods for their daily cooking.
As part of continuous improvement of our relationship with our shoppers we are looking for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager, which will help us build new approach to our customer-centered activities.

In this position you will:


• Manage promotion (50% of turnover), pricing and placement in a way consistent with overal company strategy and goals.
• Develop strategical promotion plan and manage its implementation and corrections to ensure market position of BILLA
• Based of data and understanding of our customers drive the store layout and goods placement plans with the goal of improving customer experience
• Monitor prices, set pricing policy and monitor the situation on market
• Drive market research project and helps interpret the results to achieve good understanding of market development and changing needs of our customers
• Build, manage and develop amazing shopper marketing team
• Building customer point of view to all strategic project and activities of BILLA ČR

What do you need to have for this position?


• Extensive experience in shopper marketing, category management, commercial planning, market research or similar fields
• Experience with building shopper marketing activities on green field
• Understand data, ability to reach valid conclusions and project them to strategy and and projects
• Assertiveness, communication and negotiating skills, „can do“ attitude and resilience, ability to solve conflicts
• Great leadership skills and experience
• Ability to perform well under stress, willingness to accept responsibility
• Independent and open-minded personality, reliability and innovative thinking
• Entrepreneurial mindset
