Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email. Develop and implement action plans to find new companies and potential customers. Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and qualify them as possible clients. Set up meetings for the sales team and aim to meet or exceed monthly goals. Research new accounts and handle objections to create sales opportunities. Make daily outbound calls and emails to decision-makers, learn about their needs, and close sales. Explain the benefits of our products, focusing on how they meet the needs of different companies. Lead outbound campaigns, from reaching out to closing deals. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, offering additional products or services. Help with minor technical issues or direct them to the right team.
