BlueLink International CZ is a centre belonging to Air France Group and providing assistance line in the field of luggage claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets and other customer services to airline business. We employ 500 people from 50 different countries and our business is growing rapidly.Currently we are looking for a new colleague to join the HR team as Recruitment Manager.
Your main task will be to lead and support the Recruitment Team (5 people)
You will be responsible for deliveries of the team regarding Hiring / Onboarding of newcomers / Adaptation / Retention.
You will have the opportunity to present and put in place your ideas to improve processes and procedures.
You will guarantee that objectives are reached according to SLAs and create team reports to show your success
You will report directely to the Head of HR.
