The leadership role includes: maintaining approval hierarchy, performing research and analysis necessary to support the job function, addressing complex issues, and developing solutions to problems.
Key Responsibilities Oversee a Financial Reporting and Treasury team within the company's Shared Service Center and provide strategic goals and targets to staff Oversee further transition work into the Prague SSC from local finance teams Manage and review month end closing, reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial liability recording for the company. The role also requires an ability to improve processes, enhance service levels within the organization, and develop the skill set of the employees.

Experience Bachelors or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance or similar field preferred 5 years of experience in a finance and accounting department Experience in shared service center environments preferred Strong accounting and analytical skills At least 3 years of previous people management/supervisory experience Project management skills and process improvement knowledge
