Deputy of Production Manager (P3983)

Planning, managing and coordination of line leaders and supervisors on the Production
• hold the complete responsibility for quality, cost and delivery performance
• ensure all the quality and safety standards are strictly followed
• act as the main decision-maker in crisis production situations
• customer audits participation
• daily, weekly, monthly reporting to relevant superiors (Czech and Japanese management)

Secondary school or University degree in technical area
• active knowledge of Czech and English (written and spoken)
• 3 years of production management experience
• ability to lead and develop people
• experience in automotive industry is advantage
• knowledge of SAP program is advantage
• organizational and communication skills
• analytical thinking
