Your new job will be:
- Managing the order entry process for customers
- Orders processing in a short timely manner
- Responsing to customer´s inquiries and invoice queries (over the phone, internet)
- Maintain customer´s accounts files
- Cooperation with the other departments of the company
- Maintains database records of customer profiles
- Administration of all customer orders
- High School Degree or University Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service support or call center
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem/solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- A yearly bonus
- Cafeteria – 4 000 CZK/month
- Contribution to the pension or life insurance
