Import Manager

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• taking care of given team (motivation, coaching, evaluation)
• developed and maintain relationships with new suppliers
• strengthening of relationships with existing clients
• support whole department in all tasks which will help department to:
o grow
o increase volume of purchased vehicles
o achieve targets for profit & volume
• follow given buying strategy and impelementation of agreed changes, improvements
• watch/ manage that established processes are followed and functional
• responsibility for negotiation with partners in case of claims
• weekly/ monthly reporting
• responsibility for common operational issues

Required skills:

• an independence
• the ability to multi-task
• good presentation, communication and organization skills
• management skills
• experience in managing long term relationships with companies/suppliers/partners
• good selling and negotiation skills & the ability to deal with the high level managers
• very good analytical skills
• knowledge of English is necessary
• French is an advantage
• process and goal oriented personality
• automotive background is not necessary but welcome
