HR - team support associate

Job tasks:

  • Receive queries via phone, email or chat
  • Log contacts onto the company system/database
  • Resolve queries and escalate where these cannot be resolved
  • Identify gaps in the supporting documentation
  • Communicate effectively with employees (phone and email) to explain and resolve queries and concerns
  • Participating in improvement of HR processes


  • Fluent in ENGLISH and SPANISH
  • Very good command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to work as part of an international team
  • Pro-active and communicative personality motivated to learn HR agenda
  • You can also be a FRESH GRADUATE with keen interest in HR career with strong customer dedication!
