Your main responsibilities will be:
- Up-dating, archiving and processing of employment contracts
- On-boarding administration
- Payroll documentation
- Liason with local HR departement, improving of HR processes
- Daily communication with employees or hiring manager
- Fluent English and Turkish (daily communication)
- Good PC skills
- Detail and customer oriented person
- Ability to solve urgent matters
- Experience in HR administration is a big advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility
