Cash collection specialist - English + Danish

We are looking for YOU if:
- you speak fluent ENGLISH and DANISH
- are communicative
- have good command of MS Excel
- want to join a great team in an international environment
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring prompt payment
- Monitoring of debt status on the accounts
- Communictaing with the customer via phone or email
- Dealing with the incoming payments
- Resolve and answer any client queries
- Carrying out cash forecasts and reportings
- Cooperation with other colleagues
- Data collection and reporting
- Understanding of Finance processes
- Excellent English and Danish
- Very good command of MS Excel
- Be communicative :)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
