What can you expect from this position?
- Your role will be listening to representative´s phone calls with customers
- Providing feedback to Teamleaders on standardized feedback form
- Reporting to director
- Cooperation with Director
If you are interested in listening and communication in English and French (Dutch as bonus) then it may be the right job for you
- Fluent English and French (plus Dutch would be a great plus)
- English advanced - to be able to communicate with colleagues
- Focus on client needed
- Experience in sales or customer service environment is an advantage
- IT skills advanced
- Stress resistance
