Senior Project Manager - exciting project in Brno

You will help to lead the European professional localization service team of a global IT key account and oversee the delivery of localization solutions, mentoring and managing a global team, including resources in Brno, possibly in China, Argentina and west cost of the US.

The ideal candidate is a localization operations professional with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability, but we will also consider a candidate with relevant experience from a related technical field (ideally company delivering IT related services to clients).
Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement project plans (human resources, work tools, finance, and timelines).
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
• Accurately manage project finance process (invoicing, budgeting, etc.).
• Regularly monitor clients' satisfaction and take improvement actions.
• Arrange kick-off meetings and evaluation of projects with customers, suggest & implement improvements to project processes, monitor delivery of agreed action items.

• 5 years’ experience in a Project Management position while facing external clients and delivering services to them
• 4+ years’ experience managing a cross-functional team environment
• Advanced MS Office and project managmetn tools
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Positive, open-minded team player
• Ability to deliver on extremely tight timelines
• Knowledge of Localization industry is big advantage
• Availability to work with global teams in different time zones that might be outside of regular working hours (as needed)
